Paced Scrolling for Long Responses

When a question produces a long response, the interface would display enough text to fill the available screen and then provide an arrow or other icon/button to scroll down once the user has read what is displayed on the screen currently. Essentially, pagination of long responses so the user doesn’t have to scroll up to the beginning of the output to read the response.

This would be similar to how the ChatGPT client paginates responses.
