Personalized answers instead of general answers

Hello, me.bot is quite an amazing app. There is a lot of positivity that is associated with the AI technology which is actually really good and encouraging. On the other had I feel the me.bot can improve by seeking a better clarification through for example asking follow up questions before to get the specifics on the question before giving a final response. This will assist to give a tailored and more satisfying response. The responses I have encountered so far are quite wordy. Shortening the response will encourage the user to engage more as they will not feel like the AI is trying to dismiss them as soon as possible by providing all possible answers in the same response.
