The templates are easily editable, allowing for personalization based on context. While a wider range of templates would be beneficial, the current selection covers many essential scenarios. The feature enhances efficiency and streamlines communication, making the bot more responsive and user-friendly. This simple addition boosts overall productivity and improves the user experience.
