Several bugs

I have subscribed to this application and I have found that it has numerous errors, especially the mobile app. One of them, for example, is that when it speaks, the sound comes through the internal earpiece instead of the external speaker. This means that while you are typing on the screen, you then have to bring the phone close to your ear to listen. Another issue is that the app freezes when trying to upload documents or photos from an iPhone.
